"I'm doing the Brazilian Butt Lift. Ballet has helped in the past, and
I'm doing it again. Even just doing the Brazilian Butt Lift when I can
makes a difference to not doing it at all. It doesn't take much.
Like, you think a little does not do much, but it makes a huge
difference. I might be getting better growing muscle by resting and
doing other things in between when I feel like doing the Brazilian Butt
Lift."
